She is also a people person and very caring which is great because buying a home can be very stressful. She helped sell my condo in very short amount of time, at the highest price and with a free 3 month rent back from the buyer so we would have time to find our home. She listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond to meet them. We lived on a very loud street before so one of the wants we had was for quiet. Knowing that, Kristina would drive to some of the homes before we even saw them, park, listen for street noise and let us know if it was too loud. She would also do video showings if we couldn't make them in person. She was so good and got to know what we wanted so well that she knew as soon as she/we would walk in the door of a home if it was something we would be interested in.
